Essay

In Animal Farm by George Orwell, there were some very memorable moments and is a very powerful piece the one that stands out was when animals showed acts of rebellion. It was shown in many ways it was memorable for me because the animals rebelled against Mr. Jones and then each other and it was memorable because everyone doesn’t like something but these animals do something about it.

The book wouldn’t be how it was if there wasn’t rebellion it covers so much and is very memorable when you read such interesting eventful piece with one side winning and the other losing and wonder how it would change and create so many different feelings and so fascinating when the image forms in our head.

In the beginning, the animals were having a normal time at manor farm like always and the as normal Mr. Jones gets drunk but forgets to feed the animals and so the animal’s thing Mr. Jones is neglecting them so they decide we should get rid of Mr. Jones for good once and for all.

Next they make a plan and decide to kick him out of the farm and the first act of rebellion was when the took the sign down and flip it over and wrote animal farm and on the other side it said manor farm but they spelled it in there our unique way with some letters the wrong way round to represent that they are not humans. This was memorable because it was fascinating that animals want to learn the English language but have a strong reason to learn.

Another memorable moment was when the hens laid their eggs high up in the rafters so that they would fall and smash so Napoleon could not sell them so he could not get what he wanted Orwell made this memorable by using words that create an image in ur head of what’s going on and he makes you feel like you are there.

Next when the Boxer wanted to rebuild the windmill and work so long and hard to rebuild but it was memorable.

Hi Hunter,

You need to focus on your sentences. You are lacking punctuation in most of them. This results in run-on sentences. Try breaking them up with commas and full stops. Read your work out loud. This will help you find the places you should be putting your punctuations.

Avoid retelling the story of the novel. I want you to write about what Orwell does to make the rebellion memorable. Is it the way he writes it? Writing techniques like personification or metaphor.

Remember to follow the SEXY structure. Statement at the beginning saying what the paragraph is about. Explain what your statement means. Provide an eXample that relates to your explanation. Discuss Your opinion talking about the author’s purpose, connections to outside the novel and link back to your statement.

Do not use text writing. Make sure you spell words out in full. Be specific with your examples. When you say Orwell does something, make you sure you say exactly what he does.

Keep it up Hunter!
